Is everything gluten free?
Yes everything it 100 percent gluten free i do not use wheat in or anywhere i myself am gluten free and will expire
Is everything vegan ?
Yes. Everything is vegan, I do not use any animal products and have been a vegan myself, for over 27 years so creativity and thinking outside of the box for what I offer is a huge part of what veg out is and has to offer, so don’t knock it if you haven’t tried it!😉
Do you use soy or seed oils?
No I do not, I know that must be strange given almost every vegan you come across has a “great tofu recipe“. Soy is one of the top allergies in the world, along with seed or nut oils. I use only quality ingredients. The oils I use are: olive, coconut or avocado. And usually use them for very specific things or our mayo contains avocado oil, most of our desserts contain coconut and we use olive to sauté a lot of our foods.
Where are we available?
We park at many locations around the Sioux Land area, If you would like us to come to a location near you and you are the owners or able to provide a space that we can park a few hours with enough traffic to survive message us on Facebook.
